WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

Orders placed on the official Save The Duck online store are shipped via Poste Italiane, DHL or an equivalent service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.

Orders are processed after verifying product availability and confirming payment. In the event of errors or if the order cannot be fulfilled, the charged amount will be refunded.

Once processed, orders are delivered within 2–4 business days in Italy (please allow an extra day for islands or remote areas), and within 2–5 business days in other EU countries, depending on the
destination.

Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery times for non-EU countries due to potential customs delays.

For EU countries and Switzerland, your order will be delivered directly to the address provided, with no additional fees beyond those paid at checkout.

For all other countries (including the United Kingdom), customs duties and local taxes may be charged by the courier upon delivery. These charges are always the customer’s responsibility.

If the customer refuses to pay any applicable duties, the cost of returning the package to the sender will also be borne by the customer.

During sale periods, delivery times may be longer than usual.

- Italy: €10
- Europe, Norway, United Kingdom and Switzerland: €18
For orders equal to or over €180: Free shipping

Please note: we do not ship to PO boxes. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Madeira, and the Azores are not available.
